I was born and raised in Shady, NY. In the spring of 2000 I returned to the ever-intriguing Catskill Mountains to raise my children. We purchased 77 acres of land and I began my Real Estate career with the subdivision, and subsequent sales of parcels. My experience includes survey mapping, managing all aspects of zoning and legal compliance and permits, archeologically sensitive area studies, environmental impact assessment, conservation easement, shared ROW and easement agreements, all in an environmentally and ecologically friendly manner. I offer a broad range of experience and local knowledge to Buyers and Sellers, bringing warmth, integrity, and expertise to all matters pertaining to Real Estate.
